Sunshine Insurance Group Co. Ltd. (HK:6963) has released an update.

Sunshine Insurance Group Co. Ltd. has announced the approval of Mr. XU Ying as an independent non-executive Director by the National Financial Regulatory Administration, effective August 27, 2024. Mr. XU Ying will also chair the Related Party Transactions Control Committee and serve on other key committees. Concurrently, Mr. GAO Bin will retire from his directorship and committee roles, with no reported disagreements or undisclosed matters related to his departure.
