Sunshine Insurance Group Co. Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Liu Zhanqing as an independent non-executive director, following his six-year tenure. To comply with regulatory requirements, Mr. Liu will continue his duties until a new director is approved. The company has nominated Mr. Dong Bin as his successor, pending regulatory and shareholder approval.
