Sunshine Gold Ltd (AU:SHN) has released an update.
Dart Mining NL has successfully raised A$775,299 and secured commitments for an additional A$1 million as part of a larger A$1.8 million funding effort to support the acquisition and exploration of the Triumph Gold Project in Queensland. The capital raise includes a two-tranche placement to sophisticated investors and will be complemented by an entitlement issue for current shareholders. The funds are earmarked for the purchase of the gold project, drilling activities, and general working capital needs.
