Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd has announced the resignation of Mr. Tsang Ho Yin as the Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, effective from September 30, 2024. This departure leaves the company temporarily unable to meet certain Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing requirements, specifically under Rules 3.05 and 3.28. Sunshine 100 is actively seeking a suitable replacement to fulfill these roles and will update shareholders when a new appointment is made.
