Sunrise Shares Holdings Ltd. has disclosed additional information about its newly appointed Independent Non-Executive Director, Datuk Kenny Ng. Ng was reprimanded by the Malaysian Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board in 2010 due to issues related to a property transaction. Despite being ordered to refund a deposit to a complainant, the sum remains uncollected.
