Sunrise Shares Holdings Ltd., a company listed on the Singapore Exchange’s Catalist board, has announced that its continuing sponsor, Novus Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. (NCF), will terminate its sponsorship with effect from 13 April 2026, following the required three months’ notice given for commercial reasons. NCF has confirmed it is not aware of any unresolved non-compliance with Catalist rules by the company, but under SGX Catalist regulations Sunrise must appoint a new continuing sponsor or risk suspension and potential delisting if it remains without a sponsor for more than three continuous months; the company says it has started searching for a replacement sponsor and has urged shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities.
