Sunrise Shares Holdings Ltd. has announced that it will stop the quarterly reporting of its financial statements, a practice that was previously required due to a disclaimer from prior auditors. The decision comes after the company received an unqualified audit opinion from its current auditors, PKF-CAP LLP, for the fiscal year 2023. Going forward, the company will report unaudited financials semi-annually, with the next report due by August 14, 2024.
