Sunrise Shares Holdings Ltd. has announced that two of its new board members, Dato’ Syed and Mr. Subramaniam, were unable to complete their required director training on time due to scheduling conflicts. Despite completing the five core modules, the directors need to finish three additional modules related to their committee appointments. They have pledged to attend the first available virtual sessions offered by the Singapore Institute of Directors.
