Meyer, Catherine Mühlemann, Enrique Rodriguez, and Lutz Schüler for another term until the next General Meeting. In addition, Adam Bird, Ingrid Deltenre, and Enrique Rodriguez were confirmed as members of the Compensation Committee, reinforcing the existing leadership structure and signaling stability for shareholders ahead of the upcoming dividend payout dates in May 2026.
