Sunrise Resources has launched a WRAP retail share offer of up to £50,000 via the Winterflood Retail Access Platform, issuing as many as 200 million new ordinary shares at 0.025 pence, the same price as its recent £225,000 placing. The funds will be used for general working capital and to support the advancement of its mineral projects, with the offer open only to existing UK shareholders through participating intermediaries and subject to admission of the new shares to trading on AIM.
