Sunrise Resources Plc has announced that as of 2 September 2024, the company’s issued share capital consists of 4,944,980,696 ordinary shares, all with voting rights and none held in treasury. This total number of voting rights is now the reference figure for shareholders to determine their notification obligations regarding shareholding changes under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules. Shares of Sunrise Resources trade on the AIM market, with Beaumont Cornish Limited serving as their Nominated Adviser.
