Sunrise Resources Plc has announced the issuance of 133,333,333 new ordinary shares at a conversion price of 0.03 pence per share, following the conversion of £40,000 of the First Convertible Security. Post-issuance, the company’s total number of shares in issue will stand at 4,944,980,696, with all shares carrying equal voting rights. The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the AIM market on or around 23 August 2024.
