Sunrise Real Estate Group Leadership and Audit Chair Changes

Sunrise Real Estate Group (SRRE) has provided an announcement.

Sunrise Real Estate Group, Inc. has undergone a change in its leadership structure with Ms. Wang Wen Hua stepping down as an independent Director and Chairman of the audit committee as of July 1, 2024. Shortly after, on July 11, 2024, Mr. Gu Liang, who already serves on the board and is part of the audit committee, will step in to fill the role of Chairman of the audit committee.
