Sunrise Energy Metals Limited reported a change in Director Sam Riggall’s interests, indicating a disposal of 198,694 Unlisted Performance Rights set to vest on 1 July 2024. Riggall maintains direct ownership of 576,592 ordinary shares and indirect interests via several entities, including trusts and a superannuation fund with varying numbers of shares. The company has fulfilled its obligation to inform ASX under listing rule 3.19A.2, with all changes effective as of 1 July 2024.
