Sunright Limited announces the retirement of Mr. Timothy Brooks Smith as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, following the company’s adherence to tenure limits. In his stead, Dr. Babak Alizadeh Taheri, with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, has been nominated for election as an Independent Non-Executive Director at the upcoming annual general meeting.
