Sunpower Group Ltd. (SG:5GD) has released an update.
Sunpower Group Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Ross Yu Limjoco and Mr. Mak Yen-Chen Andrew as independent non-executive Directors, effective from 13 May 2024. These appointments come with key committee roles, as Mr. Limjoco will chair the Audit Committee and join the Remuneration and Nominating Committees, while Mr. Mak will lead the Remuneration Committee and also serve on the Audit and Nominating Committees.
