SunOpta ( (STKL) ) has provided an update.
Katrina Houde has announced her resignation from the board of SunOpta Inc., effective September 16, 2024, to pursue other opportunities, without any disputes prompting her departure. David Lemmon, with a strong background including leadership roles at The J.M. Smucker Company and CEO positions at Hunter Amenities International Ltd. and Enterra Feed Corporation, will be taking her place on the board. Additionally, Lemmon will join the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committees, maintaining the board size at eight directors.
