Sunny Optical Technology has announced an amendment to its Restricted Share Award Scheme, effectively refreshing the scheme limit to 20 million shares from the original 100 million, without affecting existing participant rights. This change was approved by the Board and the Remuneration Committee and will take effect from June 7, 2024. The refreshment aligns with the utilization of over 99.92% of the previous scheme limit.
