Sunkwan Properties Group Limited has announced a change in their corporate secretarial team, with Ms. Ho Yin Kwan resigning from her role and Mr. Cheung Kai Cheong Willie taking over as the Company Secretary, Process Agent, and Authorized Representative as of June 20, 2024. Ms. Ho’s departure is amicable, with no disputes with the Board, and Mr. Cheung brings over 20 years of experience in company secretarial, accounting, and finance to his new position.
