SUNeVision Holdings Ltd. is set to modernize its corporate governance framework by proposing a new set of amended and restated memorandum and articles of association, aiming to align with the latest Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules on electronic dissemination of corporate communications and the management of treasury shares. The proposed amendments are believed to benefit the company and its shareholders and will be decided upon during the annual general meeting scheduled for November 1, 2024.
