Sundy Service Group’s Acquisition Plan Terminated

Sundy Service Group Co. Ltd (HK:9608) has released an update.

Sundy Service Group Co. Ltd has announced the unilateral termination of a Subscription Agreement by Black Cat, which effectively halts the company’s plan to acquire approximately 30.2% of Black Cat’s issued share capital for AUD$30.0 million. The termination came after Black Cat shareholders voted against the share issuance at a meeting. Sundy Service Group believes this development will not materially impact their current business operations or financial standing.
