Sundy Service Group Co. Ltd reported a downturn in its 2023 financial results with revenue dipping by 2.3% and profits plunging 64.5% compared to the previous year. Despite the decrease in revenue and profit, the company saw a significant 41.1% increase in cash and cash equivalents. The company’s property management services remained stable in terms of managed gross floor area, but they will not be paying out any dividends for the year.
