Sundy Service Group Co. Ltd has cancelled its plans to further subscribe to convertible notes with Black Cat, effectively terminating a previously announced deal worth approximately HK$31.1 million. The termination, formalized by a deed, releases both parties from future obligations, having no material adverse impact on Sundy’s financial position or operations. Additionally, trading of the company’s shares remains suspended since March 28, 2024, with further updates to be announced.
