Ltd has announced the termination of their Project Investment Agreement regarding a gold refinery and foundry, stating it will not materially impact their financial position or operations. Furthermore, the company intends to reallocate the HKD63.1 million in unused funds from their Global Offering, which were initially set aside for this project, in line with their original prospectus.
