Sundy Service Group Co. Ltd has issued a supplemental notice for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 29, 2024, to inform shareholders of the replacement of its auditor. The previously intended re-appointment of ZhonghuiAnda as the auditor has been retracted due to their resignation, and a new resolution will propose the appointment of Crowe (HK) CPA Limited instead. Shareholders have been advised to use a revised proxy form to vote on this and other resolutions.
