Sundy Service Extends Property Acquisition Date

Sundy Service Group Co. Ltd (HK:9608) has released an update.

Sundy Service Group Co. Ltd, a Cayman Islands-incorporated company, has announced a further extension of the long stop date for completing the acquisition of properties as per the Property Transfer Agreement, now set for 30 August 2024. This extension is due to ongoing legal procedures required to obtain property ownership certificates. The terms of the Property Transfer Agreement remain unchanged despite the extension.
