Sundy Service Group Co. Ltd has announced an extension of the deadline for completing the acquisition of properties, now set for 10 July 2024, due to ongoing legal and transfer procedures. The terms of the original Property Transfer Agreement remain in effect despite the new timeline. The company’s board, including Chairman Yu Yun, has mutually agreed to this extension in writing.
