Sundart Holdings Ltd. has announced the resignation of Ms. Yim Ka Man as a non-executive Director and the appointment of Ms. Tam Yin Ming Cecilia as an independent non-executive Director, effective 19 July 2024. Ms. Tam, with over 19 years of professional experience, will also serve as chairlady of the Audit Committee, and a member of both the Remuneration and Nomination Committees. The company expresses its appreciation for Ms. Yim’s contributions and welcomes Ms. Tam, whose extensive background in auditing and corporate finance is expected to be an asset.
