Suncorporation has announced an amendment to the terms of the Tender Offer by Hebara Holdco II, L.P., which includes an increased purchase price for shares from JPY 4,400 to JPY 4,750, an extension of the offer period by 10 business days to August 5, 2024, and a new settlement commencement date of August 13, 2024. Additionally, the minimum number of shares to be purchased has been reduced, reflecting a decrease in the shareholding ratio from 17% to 15%.
