Suncorp Director’s Shareholdings Increase

Suncorp Group Limited (AU:SUN) has released an update.

Suncorp Group Limited has disclosed a change in Director Steven Johnston’s interest, with an acquisition of 59,546 SUNAB shares at $17.0338 each, as part of the Group CEO’s deferred short-term incentive reward. The transaction, which increases his indirect holdings in the company, is linked to the Suncorp Group Equity Incentive Plan. No securities were disposed of during this change.
