Suncity Group Holdings has disclosed significant transactions with a contractor for supply and installation works for an unnamed project, with the supply and installation contracts valued at approximately HK$19,298,000 and HK$1,569,000 respectively. These deals are classified as discloseable transactions per the Listing Rules, and trading of the company’s shares will continue to be suspended until it meets the resumption guidance and complies with the Listing Rules.
