Suncity Group Holdings Limited has disclosed two agreements with contractors for project developments, with a combined value of over US$9.48 million, which have triggered the company’s obligation to announce under Chapter 14 due to the size of the transactions. The company’s stock continues to be suspended from trading as it works to meet the Resumption Guidance requirements and resolve the issues that led to the suspension, in compliance with the Listing Rules.
