Sun Silver Limited has announced the terms and conditions for their unlisted options, which are exercisable at $1 each and will expire three years from the date of issue. The options are not transferable without the company’s approval and do not confer dividend or voting rights to the holders. Upon exercise, the shares issued will rank equally with existing shares in all respects.
