Sun Silver Ltd has partnered with Wood to perform a Silver Paste technology assessment, aiding its bid for a $60 million U.S. government credit to establish a Silver Paste Production Facility. This facility would contribute to the U.S. goal of achieving 30% solar energy by 2030, especially in light of increased tariffs on Chinese solar imports. The assessment will explore silver extraction and paste preparation technologies, critical for solar panel manufacturing and potentially reducing reliance on Chinese production.
