Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited has announced contingency plans for shareholders regarding the lodging of share transfers for interim dividend entitlement in the event of severe weather disruptions on 6 September 2024. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, affects Hong Kong during specific hours, deadlines will be extended and the register of members’ closure period adjusted accordingly, without affecting the dividend record date.
