On April 30, 2025, and August 25, 2025, Summit Networks Inc. experienced the resignation of independent directors Mr. Weiwei (Ricky) Jiang and Jianhua (James) Shu, respectively. These resignations were due to the expiration of their employment terms and were not related to any disputes with the company. On August 25, 2025, Summit Networks appointed Ms. Zhen (Pearl) Liao, Ms. Hong (Nancy) Yu, and Mr. Xuezhi (George) Ma as new independent directors, who will also serve on the newly formed audit committee. The appointments are part of the company’s strategic efforts to strengthen its governance and operational oversight.
