Summit Minerals Limited has announced the appointment of Jamie Wright as a new non-executive director, effective from October 3, 2024. Upon shareholder approval, Wright is set to receive 1.6 million Performance Rights, which could convert into ordinary shares based on the achievement of specific share price targets ranging from $0.50 to $1.00 by 2027. Currently, Wright holds no direct interest in the company’s securities.
