Summit Materials has released preliminary estimates for its financial performance for the year ended December 31, 2024. The company expects net revenue to be between $3.9 billion and $3.95 billion, with an adjusted EBITDA ranging from $999 million to $1.004 billion. The announcement follows its November 2024 merger agreement with Purchaser and Soar Subsidiary, Inc., set to make Summit Materials a wholly owned subsidiary of Purchaser. The merger is subject to shareholder approval, and relevant documents have been filed with the SEC, including a definitive proxy statement, to facilitate the process.
