Summit Materials, Inc. announces the departure of Kekin M. Ghelani, the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, effective August 22, 2024. His exit is classified as a termination without “cause” according to the company’s severance plan. Post his departure, Summit’s growth and strategy operations will be overseen by Anne Noonan, the current President, CEO, and Director.
