Summerset Group Holdings Limited’s CFO, William George Graeme Wright, has executed a significant transaction involving the exercise of vested options and the sale of shares to cover tax liabilities. Wright exercised 88,624 options and subsequently sold 3,052 ordinary shares, resulting in his ownership of 8,695 ordinary shares after the transactions.
