Sulliden Mining Capital Inc. has announced a shake-up in its board of directors with the appointment of Indivar Pathak, following the resignation of former director Peter Hooper. The company has expressed thanks to Mr. Hooper for his service and wished him well. Sulliden focuses on developing brownfield and early production-stage mining projects.
