Suga International Holdings Limited has unveiled a new company logo as part of a rebranding effort to reflect its updated corporate identity, effective from October 13, 2024. The new logo will appear on all corporate materials and the company website, but will not affect shareholder rights or share certificate validity. Existing share certificates with the old logo remain valid, and there will be no exchange required for the new logo.
