Suga International Holdings Limited has announced a change in its principal share registrar and transfer agent in Bermuda, effective from December 31, 2024. The new registrar will be Conyers Corporate Services (Bermuda) Limited. Meanwhile, the company’s branch share registrar in Hong Kong remains Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, ensuring continuity for local investors.
