Substantial Holder Adjusts Stake in Energy Minerals Ltd

Le Shan Shenghe Rare Earth Company Limited, a substantial holder in Energy Transition Minerals Ltd, has increased its stake through the acquisition of additional shares, resulting in a slight decrease in their overall voting power from 12.5% to 9.21%. The transaction involved the purchase of 4,367,276 ordinary shares for a total consideration of $148,487.39. This change in shareholding reflects the company’s ongoing investment and interest in the voting structure of Energy Transition Minerals Ltd.
