Director of S&U PLC, Graham Coombs, has transferred a total of 500,000 ordinary shares at no cost to his children, Richard and Charlotte Coombs, who are persons closely associated with him. Despite this significant transfer, Graham Coombs maintains an unchanged beneficial shareholding in the company, holding 1,650,819 ordinary shares. The transaction, which took place off-market on May 3, 2024, has piqued the interest of shareholders and market watchers alike.
