Styland Holdings’ indirect wholly owned subsidiary Ever-Long has subscribed for US$3.4 million of participating shares in the Alpha Perpetual Income Fund, equivalent to about HK$26.6 million, using the group’s internal resources. The fund, managed by Alpha Nova Capital Management with DBS Bank’s Hong Kong branch as custodian and administrator, targets capital appreciation and risk-adjusted total return by investing in fixed income products originated via Fundpark Limited and related receivables and loans structures, potentially diversifying Styland’s income streams and deepening its exposure to structured credit markets.

Under the arrangement, Ever-Long may be charged up to a 2% subscription fee payable to the investment manager, alongside a 1% annual management fee and variable custody and administration costs borne by Alpha Capital Management OFC. The fund’s discretionary dividend policy and the ability to reassign a portion of outstanding receivables or loans back to Fundpark Limited introduce flexibility in cash-flow management, shaping the risk-return profile of Styland’s new investment and its contribution to the group’s financial performance.
