STV Group plc has announced the appointment of Colin Jones as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, starting 2nd September 2024. Colin brings extensive experience as a former CFO of a FTSE-250 company and holds several non-executive roles across various firms. Additionally, Simon Miller will be stepping down from the Board in December 2024 after eight years of service.
