STV Group plc successfully held its Annual General Meeting on May 1, 2024, with all resolutions passed by shareholders’ votes, including the approval of the annual report and the election of directors. Notably, more than 20% of shareholders voted against four resolutions, which the Board plans to address through continued dialogue.
