STV Group plc has awarded 489,120 conditional nil cost share awards to seven employees, including executive director Lindsay Dixon, as part of their Long-term Incentive Plan approved by shareholders. These awards, which will vest in three years with additional performance-based conditions, are designed to align employee interest with shareholder value growth. The performance measures include a mix of earnings growth, operating margins, revenue growth in key divisions, and relative total shareholder return compared to peers.
