STS Global Income & Growth Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 110,000 of its own shares at 225.5 pence each, which will be held in Treasury. After this transaction, the company’s issued share capital stands at 130,327,415 Ordinary Shares, excluding those held in Treasury. The total including Treasury shares reaches 175,188,185.
